Pumpkin carving time

We had our annual jack-o-latern carving last night after a yummy pot of gumbo, red beans and rice, cheddar bisquits and lemon cake! Makes me stuffed just thinking about it! We had 2 pumpkins and they both turned out well. Reid watched, but I think he had a better time crawling on the kitchen table:)
